Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on TubeFilter, operated by Milo (마일로), a sole proprietorship represented by Yeongjin Yang (양영진), registered in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration Number: 151-36-01515).
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at yangyeongjin458@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not issued for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
